| Mr. Welsch grew up and graduated in 1971 at
Oxford High School. From there he went on to attend Nebraska Wesleyan for 2 years before
he transferred to Kearney State College to pursue his Bachelor of Arts in Music
Education; he graduated in 1975. He
spent two years at Elwood Public Schools, two years at Orleans Public School, and he is in
his 28th year at Leigh Community Schools.
Mr. Welsch's family includes his wife, Lori,
children Hillary, Jeremy, and Kristin, and grandchildren Micheal, Emma, and Grace.
