Victoria graduated from Clarkson in 1972. She attended the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. She obtained a B.A. in Human Development and Elementary Ed. She got a Masters in Instruction/Curriculum.

Mrs. Brabec has been teaching at Leigh Community Schools from 1976 to present.

Mrs. Brabec and her husband, Randy Brabec, who is a farmer, have 2 sons, Benjamin and Brady.They also have a  black lab border collie mix, Sadie.
