Bears

   The American Black Bear eats meat, plants, fruits, nuts, insects, and more. The male American Black Bear weighs from 300 to 500 lbs. They live in swamps, deserts, scrub and forests in North America. Some unusual facts are they have small eyes, a big long noses, round ears, and a short tail. They are the largest bear out of brown and black bear in the world.
    The Brown bear is sometimes called the grizzly Bear. The brown Bear eats almost anything including fruit, deer, and fish. They can stand more than 10 feet high on their hind legs. They live mainly in forests in Western North America. They are the largest brown bear in the world. They also kill other bears.bear
    The Giant Panda Bear lives in Bamboo, forests, mountains, and China. They eat bamboo, shoots, and leaves. They can grow up to be 3 to 4 feet tall and they weigh 250 pounds. They have cat like eyes and 5 clawed fingers.
    The Polar Bear eats rodents, berries, and seals. The females can weigh more than 650 lbs males can weigh double that weight. The Polar Bear lives in Arctic regions. They are the largest bear in the world. They are also great swimmers.
The Sloth Bear eats termites, fruit, eggs, insects, honeycombs, and carrion. They live in South Asia from Nepal to Sri Lanka. They suck the termites up like a vacuum. There very powerful and have very long claws
    The Spectacled Bear eats berries, grass, fruit, and leaves. Their fur is mostly brown or Black They only live in tropical South America and they are great climbers.
