Request for Proposal - Computer Repair School Consortium

Educational Service Unit 7 (ESU 7) is an intermediate government organization that provides a variety of support to the schools of Boone, Butler, Colfax, Merrick, Nance, Platte & Polk counties. Since 1997 a Computer / Audio Visual repair service has been utilized to meet the needs of the schools we support. This group of participating schools form the Educational Service Unit 7 Computer Repair School Consortium.

 

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various candidate organizations, conduct and fair and extensive evaluation based on criteria listed herein, and select a candidate or multiple candidates who best represent the direction ESU 7 wishes to go.

 

Candidate(s) shall provide computer repair service to members of the Educational Service Unit 7 Computer Repair Consortium from September 1, 2017 – August 31, 2018.

 

This Request for Proposal represents the requirements for an open and competitive process. Proposals will be accepted until 4 pm CST April 21, 2017. Any proposals received after this date and time are considered invalid. An official agent or representative of the company submitting the proposal must sign all proposals. All costs must be itemized to include an

explanation of all fees and costs.
