English Language Learners and Immigrant Education


The purpose of Title III is to:

  • Improving the education of limited English proficient (LEP) children by assisting them to learn English and meeting challenging state academic content and student academic achievement standards
  • Provide enhanced instructional opportunities for immigrant children and youth

Mark's primary focus is to assist consortium districts in implementing an action plan that provides effective English language acquisition strategies to ELL students

Carolyn Koch

Carolyn's primary focus is budgeting, payroll, and accounts payable. She is responsible for helping to write the grants, budget,  purchasing, monthly reporting, and requests.
