Aquinas Volleyball

The Aquinas Volleyball team had an extremely successful season. They played their games with passion, pride, and endurance. The girls worked extremely hard in practice and their hard work paid off in the end.  They have all become very close and like being around each other. The volleyball team had a tough schedule. They learned for their mistakes and used them to improve themselves.

They made it to state for the first time in fourteen years after winning their district final game against Elmwood-Murdock. Everyone was very happy that the girls had made it to state. They played Grand Island Central Catholic in the first round of the state tournament. The girls worked hard and played with passion. The team ended their season with a record of 17-14.

The team had much support from their parents, students, and friends. We are very proud of how the girls played during the season and we wish the best of luck to the girls in the future.

The Aquinas Volleyball coaches, players, and managers want to express our sincere thanks to everyone who helped make this year's volleyball season so much fun!
