Early Learning Connection (ELC)

What We Do:

Nebraska’s Early Learning Connection is designed as a system that supports the career and professional development of all who provide programs and services for young children birth through age eight. Supporting Early Childhood Coaches, program quality assessments, community engagement and outreach, increase quality within all Early Care and Education environments, support Step Up to Quality, increase capacity of Early Care and Education environments, support Child Care Referral Network. Platte Valley Early Learning Connection covers Boone, Butler, Burt, Colfax, Cuming, Dodge, Merrick, Nance, Platte, Polk and Saunders counties.
