  • Resource Teacher (Level III)

    Applicants will be working with elementary students with autism and complex learning. 

    This is a specialized program that has a high teacher/parent to student ratio.

    Duties include: Ability to work with a variety of districts, departments, teachers, parents and children. Demonstrate ability to plan, direct, implement and evaluate successful learning environments. 

    Job requirements: High school diploma, teaching certificate (or local substitute certification) effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to work with a team in a fast-paced work environment.

  • District Technology Coordinator - Boone Central Public Schools

    Educational Service Unit 7 is seeking to hire a School District Technology Coordinator to serve Boone Central Public Schools (BCPS). BCPS is a small Class C school with one K-12 building in Albion, NE

    This position primarily manages a variety of technical requests. Requests can range from simple client requests to more complex network or server infrastructure issues. 5+ years of network / client management experience is preferred, but not required. Equipment in these schools include: Windows & Apple OS X clients, Chromebooks, Google Admin Console, iPadOS, Ubiquiti Unifi, UNMS, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Mosyle MDM, NinjaOne, & Hudu.

  • Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) / Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP)

    ESU 7 is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) or Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) for the 2026–2027 school year. Current LMHP licensure/certification, or the equivalent, is required.

    2026–2027 School Year | Full-Time Position Responsibilities Include:

    • Providing Tier 3 individualized, one-on-one mental health services to assigned students at designated school locations or the ESU 7 Learning Academy
    • Assisting in the development of Tier 1 Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum for all students
    • Delivering Tier 2 group support services at member school districts
    • Offering consultation services to school staff to support overall mental health goals
    • Facilitating small group interventions and supports

    This position plays a vital role in supporting student well-being and helping create a positive, responsive school environment across ESU 7.

  • Paraprofessional (2026-2027)

    ESU 7 has openings for a Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants will be working with students with disabilities ranging from cognitive to behavioral. 

    Job requirements: High school diploma, effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to work with a team in a fast paced work environment. 

    This is a 30 hr/week position with benefits.

  • Substitute Paraprofessional

    ESU 7 has an ongoing need for a Substitute Paraprofessional. This will be an on-call and as needed position. This position is typically for a 6-hour workday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and it pays $20 per hour. Applicants will be working with students with disabilities ranging from cognitive to behavioral. Job requirements: High school diploma, effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to work with a team in a fast-paced work environment.
