Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) / Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP)
DETAILS & APPLICATIONESU 7 is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) or Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) for the 2026–2027 school year. Current LMHP licensure/certification, or the equivalent, is required.
2026–2027 School Year | Full-Time Position Responsibilities Include:
- Providing Tier 3 individualized, one-on-one mental health services to assigned students at designated school locations or the ESU 7 Learning Academy
- Assisting in the development of Tier 1 Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum for all students
- Delivering Tier 2 group support services at member school districts
- Offering consultation services to school staff to support overall mental health goals
- Facilitating small group interventions and supports
This position plays a vital role in supporting student well-being and helping create a positive, responsive school environment across ESU 7.
Title IC Education Program Recruiter
DETAILS & APPLICATIONEducational Service Unit 7 is seeking applicants to fill the opening of Title IC Education Program Recruiter. Job duties include recruiting and identifying eligible students, connecting with families and community partners and supporting outreach and program services. ESU 7 is looking for someone with strong communication skills, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, self-motivated & team-oriented, and willing to travel the service area.
Paraprofessional (2026-2027)
DETAILS & APPLICATIONESU 7 has openings for a Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants will be working with students with disabilities ranging from cognitive to behavioral.
Job requirements: High school diploma, effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to work with a team in a fast paced work environment.
This is a 30 hr/week position with benefits.
School Psychologist (2026-2027)
DETAILS & APPLICATIONThis full-time position includes conducting evaluations of cognitive and academic functioning, collaborating and consulting with Student Assistance and Response to Intervention teams, completing classroom observations, and assisting in the design of strategies and interventions for all students. The School Psychologist will join a strong School Psychology team that offers ongoing training and support.
Substitute Paraprofessional
DETAILS & APPLICATIONESU 7 has an ongoing need for a Substitute Paraprofessional. This will be an on-call and as needed position. This position is typically for a 6-hour workday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and it pays $20 per hour. Applicants will be working with students with disabilities ranging from cognitive to behavioral. Job requirements: High school diploma, effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to work with a team in a fast-paced work environment.
