Receptionist/Administrative Secretary
DETAILS & APPLICATIONThis key role serves as the welcoming face and voice of ESU 7, responsible for greeting visitors, assessing their needs, and directing them to the appropriate department. Additional responsibilities include managing multi-line telephone calls, taking messages, and effectively communicating with individuals both inside and outside the organization.
Key duties involve utilizing computers and software to manage functions such as data entry and information processing, graphic design and marketing tasks, as well as maintaining communication with supervisors and peers through various channels, including phone, email, and in person. The role also encompasses clerical tasks such as completing forms and requisitions, maintaining digital calendars, processing invoices, and documenting relevant information.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with colleagues, staff, educational personnel, and the public. Additional responsibilities include scheduling work and activities, adapting to new office technologies as they are introduced, and ensuring a professional and efficient office environment.
The ideal candidate will have technical proficiency in Google Drive, marketing and design software including Canva along with other office technologies. This individual must be professional, courteous, detail oriented, culturally competent and have strong organizational skills.
District Technology Coordinator - Boone Central Public Schools
DETAILS & APPLICATIONEducational Service Unit 7 is seeking to hire a School District Technology Coordinator to serve Boone Central Public Schools (BCPS). BCPS is a small Class C school with one K-12 building in Albion, NE
This position primarily manages a variety of technical requests. Requests can range from simple client requests to more complex network or server infrastructure issues. 5+ years of network / client management experience is preferred, but not required. Equipment in these schools include: Windows & Apple OS X clients, Chromebooks, Google Admin Console, iPadOS, Ubiquiti Unifi, UNMS, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Mosyle MDM, NinjaOne, & Hudu.Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) / Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP)
DETAILS & APPLICATIONESU 7 is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) or Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) for the 2026–2027 school year. Current LMHP licensure/certification, or the equivalent, is required.
2026–2027 School Year | Full-Time Position Responsibilities Include:
- Providing Tier 3 individualized, one-on-one mental health services to assigned students at designated school locations or the ESU 7 Learning Academy
- Assisting in the development of Tier 1 Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum for all students
- Delivering Tier 2 group support services at member school districts
- Offering consultation services to school staff to support overall mental health goals
- Facilitating small group interventions and supports
This position plays a vital role in supporting student well-being and helping create a positive, responsive school environment across ESU 7.
Paraprofessional (2026-2027)
DETAILS & APPLICATIONESU 7 has openings for a Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants will be working with students with disabilities ranging from cognitive to behavioral.
Job requirements: High school diploma, effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to work with a team in a fast paced work environment.
This is a 30 hr/week position with benefits.
Substitute Paraprofessional
DETAILS & APPLICATIONESU 7 has an ongoing need for a Substitute Paraprofessional. This will be an on-call and as needed position. This position is typically for a 6-hour workday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and it pays $20 per hour. Applicants will be working with students with disabilities ranging from cognitive to behavioral. Job requirements: High school diploma, effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to work with a team in a fast-paced work environment.
