Professional Development Coordinator
DETAILS + APPLICATIONEducational Service Unit 7 is seeking applicants to fill the opening of Professional Development Coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year. This multifaceted position facilitates customized support to meet the unique needs of ESU 7’s school districts. Job requirements include a Master’s degree and five years teaching and/or administrative experience required. Must have the ability to facilitate the school improvement process, teach instructional strategies, use professional verbal and written communication, practice attention to detail, utilize instructional technology, and embody dynamic presentation and facilitation skills. Valid Nebraska Teaching and/or Administrative Certificate, Nebraska Driver’s License, and reliable transportation are required.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to provide engaging training and support to ESU 7 school personnel as well as have knowledge of (or a willingness to learn): Continuous Improvement, Early Childhood Education, and Classroom Coaching.
Title I, Part C Education Program Secretary

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, bilingual in English & Spanish, and ready to collaborate with schools and families to ensure student success.
School Psychologist (2026-2027)
DETAILS + APPLICATIONThis full-time position includes conducting evaluations of cognitive and academic functioning, collaborating and consulting with Student Assistance and Response to Intervention teams, completing classroom observations, and assisting in the design of strategies and interventions for all students. The School Psychologist will join a strong School Psychology team that offers ongoing training and support.
Resource Teacher - Bridges (2026-2027)
DETAILS + APPLICATIONThis full-time position involves working with elementary students with autism and complex learning needs in a specialized program featuring a high teacher/para-to-student ratio. Responsibilities include collaborating with multiple districts, departments, teachers, parents, and students, as well as demonstrating the ability to plan, direct, implement, and evaluate successful learning environments.
Substitute Paraprofessional
DETAILS + APPLICATIONESU 7 has an ongoing need for a Substitute Paraprofessional. This will be an on-call and as needed position. This position is typically for a 6-hour workday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and it pays $20 per hour. Applicants will be working with students with disabilities ranging from cognitive to behavioral. Job requirements: High school diploma, effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ability to work with a team in a fast-paced work environment.
