ESU 7 is searching for a Regional Literacy Coach to drive student success across our districts by championing the Science of Reading. This pivotal role involves providing systematic professional learning and coaching to educators, focusing on evidence-based practices in foundational literacy. This position will require a professional with a Master's Degree in literacy/reading, a valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate (Reading Specialist preferred), and at least 5 years of successful teaching experience, with preference to those who have experience in instructional coaching and/or curriculum development.
