Educational Service Unit 7 is seeking applicants to fill the opening of Professional Development Coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year. This multifaceted position facilitates customized support to meet the unique needs of ESU 7’s school districts. Job requirements include a Master’s degree and five years teaching and/or administrative experience required. Must have the ability to facilitate the school improvement process, teach instructional strategies, use professional verbal and written communication, practice attention to detail, utilize instructional technology, and embody dynamic presentation and facilitation skills. Valid Nebraska Teaching and/or Administrative Certificate, Nebraska Driver’s License, and reliable transportation are required.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to provide engaging training and support to ESU 7 school personnel as well as have knowledge of (or a willingness to learn): Continuous Improvement, Early Childhood Education, and Classroom Coaching.
